Community Core Vision / Detect blobs and sent by Tuio / dark, very stable and reliable but more oriented towards touchscreens. We use it in AVATAR * too.
Reactivision / Developed by the people of the Reactable, are the inventors and pioneers TUIO protocol in recognizing Fluidiciales, the label recognition system that allows us to recognize physical objects.
Suede / With a lot of possibilities and features, very useful to adjust either the view of the camera and the same possibilities as above.
OpenTSPS / Developed OpenFrameworks as above, also has a lot of possibilities but also it is able to detect the contour, calculate the age of detection and more.
As you know, another alternative is to use their own viewing options that give you some libraries Processing, OF , etc, or the modules themselves vision of Isadora, Max / Msp etc. . My what convinces me to use an external program is that it is independent, not need to restart the vision system if your software has crashed, and this will sending you always pick the parameters.
